Gameplay Additions:

- ESO is celebrating Halloween!
- Pokari will be decorated starting at 10/28 at 12:05 am
- The Witch of Samhain NPC spawns on realm 2-15 at 8:00 pm each day from Oct 28th to Nov 1st
- The Witch of Samhain offers two quests: Restless Spirits and All Hallows' Eve. Read the website article for quest details and rewards
- Players can exchange Spirit Tokens at the Engineer's Wife in Pokari

Cash Shop Changes:

- New: Fright Box
