Evil forces plot to raise the undead during Halloween to invade Pokari, so Prime Minster Wehn is looking for the greatest heroes of the lands to protect the city. Many combatants will surely step up to the plate, claiming they are up to the challenge. Wehn has decided to host a 6 vs 6 Arena Tournament in Pokari to find the best of the best champions to help defend Pokari.

Registration:

- Registration closes on October 23rd Noon Server time.
- The event is for players level 85 and higher. It is recommended for 90+
- There is a 500 Gold entry fee per team.
- To enter, send a email to esoevents@perfectworldinc.com with the following information:

Team Name (Inappropriate team names will not be considered)
Team Captain Name
Team Member #2 Name
Team Member #3 Name
Team Member #4 Name
Team Member #5 Name
Team Member #6 Name
Team Alternate #1 Name (Not Required)
Team Alternate #2 Name (Not Required)

Please note that Team Alternates will not receive prizes. Each team that win prizes will only receive 6 prizes regardless if them having alternates or not. A player cannot be in two teams, even if they are an alternate.

The first 8 teams from each server that submits their email with the proper information will be accepted into the tournament.

If you are one of the first 8 teams accepted, a GM will message the team captain requesting the 500 gold. Once that amount is received your team will be officially added to the tournament bracket. Once you are accepted into the tournament and added to the bracket, you cannot get the gold back even if you decide to back out. So make sure you confirm with all of your team members prior to sending in the gold.

Schedule

Default play time: (Please make sure you can play in the following times before joining)

October 23rd 2:00 PM Server time - Required Meeting for Team Captains. If the team captain cannot make it, another member must replace them in the meeting. Failure to make it to the meeting may result in your team being removed from the bracket.

Week 1 Match – October 31 4:00 PM Server time to 9:00 PM Server time (Your team will not play for 5 hours, but the match will be within that timeframe)

Week 2 Match – November 7 4:00 PM Server time to 6:00 PM Server time

Week 3 Match – November 14 4:00 PM Server time to 7:00 PM Server time

If both team captains agree, they can reschedule their match. The match must be completed with the results submitted before the end of Sunday of that week. Once you agree on a time to reschedule, both team captains must notify an admin immediately by emailing esoevents@perfectworldinc.com. If you cannot agree on a time to reschedule, you must play at the default time.

Tournament Rules:

Teams must play at the default time unless both team captains agree on a reschedule. A rescheduled match must be played prior to the scheduled match time and cannot exceed it.

Results of matches must be reported by both team captains immediately after the match by responding in a tournament thread that will be created.

The final match to determine 1st and 2nd place will be best of 3 matches.

Match rules:

You cannot summon a pet during the match. Use of a pet will result in your team forfeiting the match. You can fuse with your pet. (If you see a opponent use a pet, take a screenshot)

If a player disconnects in the middle of the match, the match continues. If they are able to, the player can attempt to rejoin.

Players are allowed to use any consumable or buffs available to them.

Players may be banned for attempting to interfere with the event.

Prizes

1st Place: +9 Stone of Peace (6 per team), Hulon Firedrake Transformation Card (6 per team)

2nd Place: Hulon Firedrake Transformation Card (6 per team)

The Hulon Firedrake transformation is a flight and combat available transformation.
